3/24 – Rise & Shine 3 in 1 Fitness ClassCheck out the swagger of some of Crunch’s cool, signature classes like powerful Buff Yoga, lengthen and tone with Barre Bootcamp, and melt calories away in Fat Burning Pilates. The best part? You don’t have to choose between classes! In this unique Quiet Fitness Event, you can experience each class simultaneously using “Silent Disco” style wireless headphones, that allow you to try each class with the flip of a switch!

3/26 – Art Run+Healthy Eats with Lululemon – Join the Wolf Pack for a beautiful 4-mile art run through the West Village and Soho with Lululemon! We will have a featured artist, healthy post-run chow and more:). All levels of runners are welcome. We go at a 10-minute mile pace and stop for photos at key murals. There will be a bag drop at Lululemon.

3/30 – Happy Hour Cardio & Dance Workout (with Rooftop After Party)Join many others for a Cardio & Dance Party from 6pm-8pm where you can choose from three awesome Crunch dance and cardio-based classes that will have you tWERKing to the beat and burning major calories! Feel free to pop in anytime to join the classes, hang out with friends and take advantage of some delicious drink specials!

4/1 – Conbody Prison Break 10k -Conbody and Runstreet present the second Prison Break race – this time bigger, badder and longer – a 10K! In this exhilirating race, inmates will navigate a 10K course that includes checkpoints where the “Conbody guards” will demand stopping, dropping and sweating it out in prison-style bootcamp exercises. This 10K run includes ConBody-style bodyweight workouts that target the whole body. The run is broken up by workouts at every checkpoint in this mad dash race from the Lower East Side across bridges and more. Street style racing. The ConBody Correctional Mobile will provide a bag drop for inmates at the 10K race check-in, outside of the ConBody Studio, located at 294 Broome Street on the Lower Easy Side. The race will begin and end at the bus, outside of the Conbody studio. There will be an official race timer but this is prison style, we all on the same clock. Single wave start for everyone. There will be prizes for the first three men and first three women finishers and finishers medals for all racers. During the 10K, there will be 10 checkpoints with prison guards overseeing each one to make sure no one cheats or skips exercises. Don’t get caught and punished! Do the time to make sure you’re in shape for this thrilling 10K run to freedom. May the fastest felon win!

4/2 –LES Scavenger Hunt Art Run with Canvs -Join the Wolf Pack and street art app Canvs for a fun twist on our art runs with a scavenger hunt! Find the most epic murals, crazy stickers and best local street art in the Lower East Side using the newly launched Canvs app for LES. We’ll see epic murals and new art on this 4-mile fun run, complete with a photo contest and prizes for photo contest and scavenger hunt winners. All levels of runners are welcome. We go at a 10-minute mile pace and stop for photos at key murals. There will be a bag drop at ConBody, 294 Broome Street, Level C, New York, NY.
